COR Large Employer Audit Tool

Beginning July 1^st, 2023, all SafetyDriven audits will use an E-Audit Tool.

Please request your LECOR E-Audit Tool by using the AuditSoft App and clicking the “Get New Licence” button.

Audits submitted as Word Documents will no longer be accepted.  The download link below for the paper version is provided as a planning and learning tool but is not valid for performing the COR audit.

Please Note: The AuditSoft program will only run on Windows.
