CPHR BC & Yukon has partnered with headversity to offer the Workplace Mental Health Certificate Course to our community.

Participants may attend each part as a stand-alone course or complete all three webinars as a full certificate course. Pre-requisite is not required.

A certificate will be awarded for completing each part of this course.

It goes without saying the pandemic has had a lot of negative impact on the workplace. But one positive development of COVID-19 has been the resurgence and prioritization of workplace mental health programs. How has the pandemic changed the programming modalities? Prevention: The New Frontier of Workplace Mental Health

Workplace mental health has undergone a paradigm shift in the past year. A study from TELUS revealed more than 75% of employees have said they have struggled at work due to anxiety caused by the pandemic, with 80% saying they would consider quitting their current position for a job that focuses more on employee mental health. Mental health is now a total workplace issue, and companies are looking for ways to build a strategy that permeates through the entire organization. This session examines the mental health brand shift, how employers are moving towards prevention, and the benefits an upstream, preventative strategy can bring organizations.

Building Back Optimism in Your Workplace
