The Strategic Plan is the TSCBC's long range planning document that sets out the vision, objectives, challenges and opportunities for the Council over the next three years. The document highlights the Council's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as identified in a planning session and examines how the Council will play a role in providing services and value to the trucking industry in B.C. based on these identified systems.
